Bulgarians abroad can apply to vote on November 14

6,708,189 citizens have the right to vote in the November 14 presidential and parliamentary elections. They are divided into 11,643 polling stations. It will probably be machine voting with one card, said Tsvetozar Tomov, deputy chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC).
The polling stations that will be automatically opened for voting abroad are currently 671. Their final number will become clear after October 19, Tomov promised. From September 30 to October 19, Bulgarians living abroad who want to vote on November 14 can apply through the CEC website.
10 parties and 2 coalitions are registered for the parliamentary elections. 12 parties and 5 coalitions will run for president.
