An exhibition of nearly 100 books by Bulgarian authors from 23 countries on six continents has opened in the National Library. The project is part of an initiative by Vice President Iliana Yotova, which includes meetings with Bulgarian artists and intellectuals working and living abroad.
"Preservation of Bulgarian language abroad is one of our main goals. We will achieve it only with a purposeful and consistent policy," Vice President Yotova said at the opening of the exhibition, which continues for a month.
