The European Commission has reached an agreement with Bulgaria to extend the deadline for evaluation of its Recovery and Resilience Plan by another 2 months. This was announced by the spokesperson of the European Commission Arianna Podestà, correspondent of the Bulgarian National Radio in Brussels, Angelina Piskova, reported. Podestà said that Bulgaria initially asked for 1 month, but an agreement for 2 months was reached.
In an interview with BNR, journalist Emilia Milcheva, who is acquainted with the remarks of the European Commission on the Bulgarian plan, said that one of the issues in it was that there was no common philosophy behind the big goals to be achieved by Bulgaria.
