The Treaty of Friendship, Good Neighborliness and Cooperation between Bulgaria and the Republic of North Macedonia and the Prespa Agreement between Greece and the Balkan country should be included in the framework of EU negotiations of Bulgaria's southwestern neighbor.
This is what President Rumen Radev said at his meeting with Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
