Bulgaria and Romania support Ukraine's sovereignty

Bulgaria's Foreign Minister Teodora Genchovska congratulated her Romanian counterpart, Bogdan Aurescu, on the 30th anniversary of the signing of the agreement on friendship, co-operation and good neighbourliness between the two countries in a telephone conversation.

The two ministers reaffirmed the excellent relations between Bulgaria and Romania and discussed opportunities for deepening co-operation, the Foreign Ministry reported.
Minister Genchovska has invited her Romanian counterpart to pay an official visit to Sofia.
The two expressed strong support for Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity and discussed the possibility of a joint visit to Kiev as a token of solidarity.
