"Holiday and Spa Expo" takes place in Sofia

Minister of Tourism Hristo Prodanov is the host of the 38th edition of the International Tourism Fair "Holiday and Spa Expo". The exhibition takes place in the period February 24th - 25th in the Inter Expo Center - Sofia and is the largest tourism forum in Bulgaria.

The Ministry of Tourism will present a national stand with an area of 150 sq.m. In addition to the Ministry, 15 branch organizations and municipalities are represented as co-exhibitors.

The first tourists are expected to arrive in Sunny Beach in April. The guests are from Germany and they will be here for the start of new sea season, hoteliers from the resort said. They also expressed worries about lack of staff and say they would need to recruit workers from abroad.
