A German concern manufacturing electrical goods, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems will invest EUR 17 million to expand its production facility near the city of Plovdiv. The new factory will start producing concrete mixers. The investment includes the delivery of already existing equipment from Germany, its integration into the plant’s equipment and the purchase of new machinery. So far, 120 people have been employed at the new factory, including welders, mechanics and painters. The Covid-19 pandemic has not impacted the company’s performance. It managed to reorganize its workflow. In 2020, its revenues amounted to EUR 257 million, which was 10% more as compared to 2019.
