With these words of the outgoing Minister of Sports Radostin Vassilev began the negotiations of the Socialist Party with the breakaway ITN MPs to form a new cabinet.
Vassilev also said that the Bulgarian people do not want early elections, so the now independent MPs will cooperate as long as there are no irreconcilable differences.
