Face masks mandatory in enclosed spaces in Sofia as of 4 August

New anti-epidemic measures are being put in place in Sofia as of 4 August, for a period of 30 days.

All persons inside enclosed public spaces, including medical establishments, pharmacies, opticians’, specialized social service institutions, administrative offices, stores, public transport vehicles, including taxis, railway stations, airports, Sofia airport and subway stations must wear protective disposable or non-disposable face masks. Employers are advised to switch to remote work.
