Gas interconnector with Greece becomes top priority

The entire country is currently working to complete the gas connection with Greece, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport, Hristo Alexiev, said. Together with the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works, Ivan Shishkov, he inspected the construction of the gas link between Greece and Bulgaria.

"The gas link is priority number 1 because it will provide the cheapest gas under the most favorable terms. The financial stabilization of Bulgargaz is also a priority", Alexiev pointed out. According to him, everything possible will be done in order to have the connection ready for use before the beginning of the heating season.
