Satellite images show that the first ship loaded with grain that left Ukraine under UN-Turkey-brokered agreements has arrived in Syria. Planet Labs footage analyzed by the Associated Press shows the bulk carrier Razoni docked at the port of Tartous next to a grain silo. Razoni left Odessa on August 1 with 26,000 tons of corn as the cargo was supposed to reach Lebanon, but Lebanese media reported that the order was cancelled.
Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky pointed out that the main task of Ukrainian forces was to make the war increasingly difficult for Russia.
