The Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) is losing voters because of the behavior of the party leadership. Such an opinion was expressed by Kostadin Paskalev - a member of the national council of the BSP, before the BNR, commenting on the election results.

According to him, the only salvation for the party is to change the party leadership and work for a strong left-wing unity. He predicted that in these elections the BSP received 25% fewer votes than in the elections in November 2021.

Paskalev believes that left-wing voters are disappointed with the party's behaviour during the coalition government with We Continue the Change, Democratic Bulgaria and ITN.
