In the space of three days, from 25 to 27 November, Plovdiv’s Old Town will once again be playing host to the biggest tourist wine festival – the Young Wine Festival.
Bulgarian wine lovers have very much been looking forward to the festival, which is into its 14th year. Young Wine is the first exposition of its kind in Bulgaria, reaching out to wine makers in the country by affording them an opportunity to present the quality and the taste of their production to the broad public. Besides Bulgarian wines, the festival also aims to popularize gastronomy and the cultural and historical tourism so typical of Plovdiv. The festival also features a diverse folklore programme.
