One Covid-related death registered in Bulgaria for a day

There were 61 new Covid cases in Bulgaria in the past day, which is 19 less in comparison to the day before. Over 59% of the newly infected are non-vaccinated citizens. 8.9% of 679 tests were positive, according to the coronavirus.bg portal.

The number of registered patients rose by 35 to 3,828. Six infected people were admitted to hospitals. Three of them were non-vaccinated citizens. The total number of hospitalized decreased by 7 to 339. There are 35 people in intensive care.

One Covid patient died during the past day. The number of recoveries on Christmas were 26. One vaccine dose was administered yesterday.
