Kharkiv is under fire, the mayor calls on residents to take cover

In Kharkiv and the region this morning, a series of strikes were carried out by Russian units. In Telegram, the mayor of the city, Igor Terekhov, called on residents to take shelter and observe safety measures. The situation in Donbas remains difficult. 

Arena of fierce military actions are the regions of Bakhmut and Avdeevka. According to the chairman of the Donetsk regional state administration, Pavlo Kirilenko, more than 60% of the infrastructure in Bakhmut has been completely or partially destroyed.

In various parts of Ukraine, problems with power supply continue and almost 9 million people are without electricity, said the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky in his evening address.

From February 1 next year, Russia will stop exporting oil to countries that have agreed to a ceiling on its price. This is stated by a decree of Vladimir Putin, specifying that for some of these countries there may be an exception by "special decision" of the Russian president. 

Due to the sanctions and disrupted logistics, Russia is reorienting itself towards trade with the countries of the CIS, the Arab world, Asia, Africa and Latin America, the Minister of Industry and Trade of Russia, Denis Manturov, told TASS. According to him, the automotive industry suffered the most.
