Nearly 6% of daily Covid-19 tests are positive

There were 253 new Covid-19 cases registered in Bulgaria in the past day. According to official data, 5.9% of 4,305 tests returned positive result. There are a total of 386 hospitalized patients as 34 of them are in intensive care. The newly hospitalized patients are 54. Three coronavirus patients passed away and 160 recovered on Wednesday.

215 vaccine doses were administered yesterday. There are 2,074,873 people in Bulgaria with completed vaccination cycle. There are 939,573 people with a booster shot and 67,004 with an adapted booster dose.
