“There is always a lot of work to be done in culture, and it can never be finished because it is a process,” Nayden Todorov, the new member of the caretaker cabinet said as he took over as Minister of Culture from Velislav Minekov.
In Nayden Todorov’s words, the worst part is that "this ministry has a name we don’t fully comprehend". “We call it Ministry of Culture and its work is mostly connected with art and cultural heritage, yet culture is more than that.
