Residents and guests of Sofia will be able to watch a number of exciting films dedicated to adventure, outdoor sports, art and music. In the period December 5 to 7th , Lumiere cinema is hosting the 18th edition of the capital's festival for adventure cinema, tourism, ecology and active lifestyle "Days of Challenges".
A special guest is American Conrad Anker, who climbed the Himalayas and the Karakoram and participated in expeditions to Antarctica. Meetings with three more adventurers are also expected within the framework of the festival. These are independent producer and cameraman Guillaume Broust who is an award-winning filmmaker with more than 20 years of experience in outdoor films and over 200 projects, Gerhard Czerner- a journalist who creates his materials while traveling by bicycle to some of the most beautiful and hard-to-reach corners of the planet, and David Chambre - co-author of the book “Piolets d’or" that presents the spirit of modern mountaineering. He will visit Sofia on the occasion of the presentation of the first Bulgarian edition of the book.
