Caretaker Minister of Culture vows to protect the system from turmoil

''The government's term of office is short. It would be very difficult for someone who is completely unprepared'', caretaker Minister of Culture Nayen Todorov said in response to a question why he had accepted this position for the second time.

 Speaking to Nova TV, Minister Todorov said he knows caretaker Premier Dimitar Glavchev from concerts he has attended. I received a phone call to meet Dimitar Glavchev and heard: ''Are you ready to sacrifice a few months of your life for the motherland? Very strong words’’, Nayen Todorov said and added that his predecessor, Krastyu Krastev, had left him a good legacy. In Nayden Todorov's worsds, Krastyu Krastev calmed the system and managed to raise salaries. "I had to dismiss the executive director of the National Culture Fund. I completed a process that had already started", Minister Naydenov went on to say and added that a new regulation for the fund’s work was being prepared.
