Since the beginning of this unprovoked war, we have been providing consistent assistance to Ukraine at all possible levels. Bulgaria will continue with its support for Ukraine, caretaker Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev said in a video conference call with his Ukrainian counterpart Denys Shmyhal. The Ukrainian Prime Minister thanked for the Bulgarian support, the government press service reported.

Prime Minister Glavchev confirmed that he will participate in the Ukraine Recovery Conference, which will be held at the beginning of June in Berlin. He added that Sofia supports President Volodymyr Zelensky's "Peace Formula" to end the war and achieve a comprehensive and lasting peace by preserving the territorial integrity of Ukraine. The situation of the 200,000-strong Bulgarian diaspora in Ukraine was also discussed.
