People with disabilities are veritable champions when it comes to willpower whatever their abilities, say the organizers of the festival “Happy hand in hand”, whose 8th edition is taking place on 5 October. The festival aims to bring attention to the talents of people with disabilities and the motto is: Games without barriers is what will make us happy together!

The aim of the organizers - the Date-Sport club and the Parallel World association, with the support of Plovdiv municipality – is to organize a celebration for people with special needs, with the help of athletes and friends, as well as supporters of the idea from Italy.

The festival is taking place in the sports grounds of the youth centre in Plovdiv. Admission is free, and the bigger the audience, the fewer the prejudices towards people with disabilities.
