''If the Constitution is not amended, there is no point in holding another election under the same rules and with the same bought, controlled and corporate vote'', the co-chairman of the parliamentary group of BSP-United Left Borislav Gutsanov said in an interview for BNR. Borislav Gutsanov emphasized that the president’s powers regarding the caretaker government should be restored, because there lies the main problem. "The caretaker government is the one that conducts the elections. Do we have a caretaker government after the amendment of the Constitution? No, we don’t! We have yet another political government. This is the big drama we are facing", said Borlslav Gutsanov.

In Borislav Gutsanov’s word, "Dimitar Glavchev is a prominent representative of GERB" and "everyone is commenting that some of the ministers are associated with Mr. Peevski and Mr. Borissov’’. ''Only We Continue the Change-Democratic Bulgaria did not realize what they did, but even now they don't want to admit their mistake. At least they could have supported us with their signatures for filing a petition to the Constitutional Court", said Borislav Gutsanov, adding that together with "Vazrazhdane", they had collected the necessary signatures and the request has already been submitted to the Constitutional Court.
