Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov held a meeting with his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev during the Caspian Economic Forum in Turkmenistan.
Dmitry Medvedev laid emphasis on the need to integrate the Caspian with the Black Sea region.
