Protective masks purchased from China delivered to Bulgaria

Minister of Health Kiril Ananiev has welcomed at Sofia Airport the first shipment of medical supplies purchased by the Bulgarian government from China. The delivery was agreed by Prime Ministers Boyko Borissov and Li Keqiang. The C-17 aircraft from the NATO Strategic Air Transport Partner Program with international crew commanded by Bulgarian Jasmina Hristova has carried 568,000 KN95 masks. With the next flights more protective masks, medicines and 50 respirators are expected. The cargo was also welcomed at the airport by China's Ambassador, Dong Xiaojun and US Ambassador Herro Mustafa.
