170,000 jobs can be preserved by measure 60/40, under which the state pays employers 60% of the salaries and social insurances of their staff so that they are not fired in the crisis.

When asked in parliament, the Minister of Social Affairs Denitsa Sacheva answered that if the current rate of incoming applications to the Employment Agency was preserved and their approval rate remained within 70%, the aid would reach about 170,000 employees. A total of 92 million euros are needed for two-month support, and about 137 million for three months of aid.
