GERB and BSP now with equal voter support

Photo: library

Currently, support for the country's two major political parties, the BSP and GERB, has dropped significantly and is almost equal. Economic instability due to the coronavirus crisis, as well as the protests in Bulgaria have contributed to this.

If elections were today, 13.5% of the voters would vote for BSP, and 13% for GERB. This is shown by the results of an independent survey by the Gallup International polling agency.

The MRF maintains a stable support of 6.9%, and "Democratic Bulgaria" enjoys the support of about 5% of voters. The newly registered party of showman Slavi Trifonov "There Are Such People" receives support of 8.6%.
