Stricter anti-epidemic measures to enter into effect in Sofia on October 14

As of October 14, temporary anti-epidemic measures will be introduced on the territory of Sofia-city, the Sofia Regional Health Inspectorate has decided. 

The currently allowed group extracurricular activities are suspended, and in case of increased morbidity in the schools classes will be held online and in-person on a rotating basis. 

Theatres, cinemas, concerts and other stage events will be held with an audience of up to 30%. One person per 8 square meters will be allowed in the museums and galleries. 

Indoor and outdoor sports events will be held without an audience, while up to 30% of visitors will be allowed in the gyms. Adolescents will be able to visit shopping malls only in the presence of an adult. 

Up to 15 people will be admitted to private events and up to 25 persons in private events outdoors. 

As before, the catering and entertainment establishments, gambling halls and casinos will be open from 7.00 am to 11.00 pm.
