56 Bulgarian and Ukrainian citizens have arrived in Bulgaria. They entered the country at 8 AM this morning, crossing the border check point with Romania at Durankulak. The two buses, organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, started out from Odessa at around 3 PM yesterday.

Today, Bulgaria is organizing the evacuation of Bulgarians from Kyiv but transportation has also been arranged for more Bulgarians from Odessa, Deputy Minister of Transport Vladimir Varbanov announced.

The flow of Ukrainians entering the European Union via the Ukraine-Romania border did not cease throughout the night, BNR’s Assya Pencheva reports from the scene. The crossing of the border does not involve any document restrictions, nor does it require visas of PCR tests.
