Hoteliers receive 40 Leva per Ukrainian refugee they have put up: Tourism Minister

Hoteliers can now receive 40 Leva (EUR 10.20) a day for every Ukrainian refugee they have given accommodation to, Minister of Tourism Hristo Prodanov said at a meeting with representatives of the tourism industry in the resort of Golden Sands on the Black Sea. Minister Prodanov stated a fast-track procedure would be activated for hiring Ukrainians to work at hotels and restaurants.  

“We are doing everything we can so that these people can obtain the documents necessary and start work within the space of 20 days,” Hristo Prodanov said.
