UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has arrived in Ukraine where he is to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Turkish President Recep Erdogan. The visit comes at the invitation of Volodymyr Zelensky. The three are expected to discuss the July agreement on the export of Ukrainian grain.
