The concept is to popularize ethnography, folklore and rural tourism opportunities in the area. People from Krushari have prepared a very interesting programme. On site, members of different ethnic groups will cook the most characteristic dishes of their culture in the spirit of the festival - corn cakes, live sourdough bread, Turkish baked flour halva.
