Bulgaria reports 2 Covid-19 deaths in past day

95 is the number of new Covid-19 cases out of 3,817 tests performed in the country in the past day, which is 21 down on the previous day. The positivity rate stands at 2.5% versus 2.1% on Tuesday, Single Coronavirus Information Portal data show.

The number of active cases in the country is 3,195 which is 75 down from the previous day. 31 patients have been admitted to hospital in the past day, 20 of them or 64.52% are not vaccinated. The number of patients being treated in hospital is down by 11 to 312, of them 39 are in intensive care.

Two patients with established coronavirus infection have died in the past 24 hours, neither were vaccinated. The number of recoveries reported on Tuesday is 168.

111 doses of vaccine have been administered in the country in the past 24 hours.
