“There is always a lot of work to be done in culture, and it can never be finished because it is a process,” Nayden Todorov, the new member of the caretaker cabinet said as he took over as Minister of Culture from Velislav Minekov.

In Nayden Todorov’s words, the worst part is that "this ministry has a name we don’t fully comprehend". “We call it Ministry of Culture and its work is mostly connected with art and cultural heritage, yet culture is more than that. Culture is the way we greet people in the street, the way we treat one another. Culture is the way we react when we agree and when we disagree with the other person. Ultimately, culture is what makes a nation out of a group,” Nayden Todorov said and added his efforts would be in that direction.
