Weather forecast: Rain and snow on the last day of February

During the next 24 hours there will be clouds. During the night there will be rain in many parts but by morning the rain will gradually stop in most regions of the country. The wind will turn from the East-Northeast and will be light to moderate throughout the day.

Tomorrow, 28 February, there will be showers before noon in some parts. Around midday the rain will increase from the West, and by the end of the day will spread to practically the entire territory of the country. In parts of Rila and the Rhodopes the rain will be significant. Daytime temperatures will reach 4°-5° C., in the Northeast, and 15°-16% in the Southwesternmost regions, for Sofia around 12° C. Minimum temperatures 3°-8° C., for Sofia around 4° C.

Over the mountains the weather will be predominantly cloudy, with snow, mostly in the afternoon, below 1,500 m. there will be rain. There will be a moderate wind from the South-Southwest. Maximum temperature at an altitude of 1,200 m. around 7° C., at 2,000 m. around zero.
