Weather forecast: Rain on Thursday, on Friday the rain will turn to snow

On Thursday minimum temperatures will range from 4 to 9° C., a little lower in the Northwest, for Sofia 4° C. There will be fog in the morning in the lowlands and around water basins. During the day the clouds will increase, and there will be rain after midday over Northwestern Bulgaria. By evening, the rain will spread to many parts of Western and Central Bulgaria. In the Southwestern regions there will be a strong wind. Maximum temperatures 9-11° C. in the Northwest, 16-18° C. in the Southeastern part of the country, for Sofia 14° C.

Over the Black Sea coast there will be clouds and a moderate to strong Westerly wind, no precipitation is in the forecast. Air temperature 13-16° C., temperature of the sea water 9-10° C., sea swell 2-3.

Over the mountains there will be clouds and wind. Temperature at an altitude of 1,200 m. 12° C., at 2,000 m. minus 4° C.

On Friday the rain will continue over the entire territory of the country and by nightfall the rain start turning to snow.
