Intense truck traffic at border checkpoints with Romania and Turkey

Truck traffic is intense at the Bulgaria- Romania border checkpoints of "Kardam", "Danube Bridge - Vidin", "Nikopol" and "Oryahovo", the Border Police have reported. The traffic at the "Kapitan Andreevo" border crossing at the exit for trucks on the border with Turkey is also intense.

On the borders with Greece, Serbia and North Macedonia, traffic is normal. At the "Kalotina" checkpoint on the border with Serbia, construction and installation activities are being carried out in connection with modernization, which require a temporary narrowing of the road lanes.
