Bulgaria Today – 3 May 2022

Welcome to Bulgaria Today, Radio Bulgaria's podcast that immerses you into the life, sounds and music of this country!

Join us for our special edition this Friday dedicated to the symbolism of Good Friday in Eastern Orthodox Christianity. This day bears special significance as a day of humility and silence, as we have on our programme today an interview with theologian Alexandra Karamihaleva exploring the spiritual dimensions of Christ's self-sacrifice and what we, modern day people, can learn and apply in our everyday lives.

Also in today's podcast we have prepared for you a selection of Eastern Orthodox chants, and especially one which is performed only during today's church service.

Stay with us!

Welcome to the show!
