The Council of Ministers has updated the National Reform Programme of Bulgaria for 2014. It is prepared with a focus on the implementation of measures in response to the recommendations of the European Council. In 2014, the government's efforts are focused on the social aspects, the fight against youth unemployment, improving the business environment and reducing administrative burdens. Also, improvements have been prepared in the direction of increasing revenue collection in the budget, utilization of funds from the old programming period, driving the projects under the new operational programs, optimizing the administration and focusing on e-government.
