It is to the interest of Ukraine to have an independent and transparent international investigation of the accident regarding the crash of the Malaysian plane in this country, said in a video interview for the Bulgarian Telegraph Agency the Ambassador of Ukraine to Bulgaria Mykola Baltazhi. Meanwhile, they blame Ukraine that it does not allow access to the site, Mr Baltazhi commented. He voiced hopes that independent experts would find the whole truth.
