The Bulgarian National Radio, Bulgarian National Television and the Association of Bulgarian Broadcasters have adopted a joint declaration against violence towards journalists. They express indignation at the recent attacks on journalists and cameramen in this country, saying they are shameful and unacceptable. Electronic media also insist on thorough and effective investigation of all cases of violence against journalists.
