According to Eurostat data the level of unemployment in Bulgaria has stabilized for a third month in a row at 11.3 percent. A total of 377,000 Bulgarians were jobless in the ninth month of the year – the same number as in August. The youth unemployment index went slightly up in September – to 22.5 percent on 22.4 percent in August, as 44,000 young people, aged under 25 had no occupation. The level of unemployment with women stabilized at 10.1 percent, while with men it was 12.3 percent.
