However, in Bulgaria the number of the happy people is bigger than that of the unhappy, but the share of those who cannot decide is the biggest. 49 percent of Bulgarians say they feel neither happy nor unhappy. Those who feel sad or very miserable are 15%. 4 percent of the polled did not give an answer. This is what the annual End of Year Survey by WIN/Gallup International shows.
