We have forgotten Bulgaria is welfare state according to constitution, Deputy President Popova says

Bulgarian Deputy President Margarita Popova has called for a meeting of the Consultative Council on National Security headed by the President of the Republic, that is to discuss issues of social policy. According to Popova, two major issues need to be discussed – the poverty of Bulgarian people and the reduced social sensitivity of the elites. The Deputy President pointed out "we have forgotten to accomplish what is written in the Constitution - that Bulgaria is a welfare state."
