By the end of the month humanitarian aid of the Bulgarian Red Cross will be leaving for Ukraine, announced for Radio Focus BRC chairman Hristo Grigorov. He further informed that many Bulgarians voice their will to help people in the regions of Ukraine affected by military actions. Grigorov expressed his hope that the aid will reach all who need it. According to international conventions and principles, we have no right to direct humanitarian aid towards one ethnic community only. It is sent to mixed regions, Grigorov further explained. In his words, most probably the aid from Bulgaria will be provided in Odessa and the Ukrainian Red Cross will decide how to distribute it.
