Bulgarian Prime Minister Borisov to have audience with Pope Francis

Prime Minister Boyko Borisov and the delegation he leads will visit the Vatican and Italy on May 23 and 24 on the occasion of May 24 - the Day of Bulgarian Education, Culture and Slavonic Literature. On May 23 Borisov will be received for an audience with Pope Francis. The Bulgarian Prime Minister will also meet with Vatican Secretary of State Cardinal Pietro Parolin and will lay a wreath at the monument of Bulgarian writer Ivan Vazov in Rome. On May 24th, the Prime Minister and representatives of the Bulgarian community in Italy will attend a service in the "St. Paul" church in Rome.
