Taking a journalist’s question whether the USA would deploy troops in Bulgaria, as announced by the New York Times, President Rossen Plevneliev said that up to date Bulgaria’s government has received no particular suggestion on the matter. “If we do receive such a proposal, we will approach it responsibly”, the Head of State further said.
