President Rossen Plevneliev speaks with his Ukrainian counterpart Petro Poroshenko

Bulgaria supports the sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine, said President Rosen Plevneliev after talks in Kiev with his Ukrainian counterpart Petro Poroshenko. Sofia does not recognize the annexation of Crimea and Sevastopol, nor the results of referendums illegally implemented there, said the head of state and hailed the process of reforms in key sectors, the modernization and the democratic road of Ukraine. Petro Poroshenko said that for Ukraine it would be important to study the Bulgarian experience on the path of reforms and expressed gratitude that Bulgaria accepts for rehabilitation Ukrainian fighters from the anti-terrorist operation in the Donbass.
