Daniel Mitov discusses in US the state of Bulgaria’s judicial system

The state of the judicial system in Bulgaria was one of the main topics discussed during the working visit of the Minister of Foreign Affairs Daniel Mitov in the US. Asked about the possibilities for American investments in Bulgaria, Mitov said in an interview for the Bulgarian National Radio that one of the major concerns of American business is the level of the judiciary and corruption in Bulgaria. On the subject of Russia, the foreign minister pointed out that Bulgaria has always wanted to have good relations with the United States and Russia. The deterioration of relations with Russia, according to the Minister, has been imposed by Moscow and as certain conditions must be fulfilled for their improvement - ending the conflict in eastern Ukraine and respecting the Minsk agreements.
