The government is to answer where it would take the money from if the arbitrary case on the project for the construction of the Belene NPP is lost, said for the BNR the Bulgarian Atomic Forum (BULATOM) CEO Stanislav Georgiev. The ruling of the court on the case between the Russian side and the National Electric Company (NEC) for the suspended construction of the second nuclear power plant in Bulgaria is expected to open early this year. According to it the sum which Bulgaria will have to pay in case it looses the case, would be no less than over half a billion Euro.
