A factory for the production and processing of Oyster mushrooms will be built up on the territory of the town of Razgrad in Northeastern Bulgaria. The Bio-Agro Resource+ mixed company of Bulgarians, Russians and Ukrainians intends to invest some EUR 55 million in the project. The company points out that it will use technologies for the production and processing of organic mushrooms grown on straw. The production will be for export mostly. Some of the mushrooms will be offered raw, others – marinated. A third part will be deeply frozen with vacuum drying under the cosmic food production technology. The investors plan the opening of 500 new jobs.
